Hi.. i have a asus radeon r9 280x but with the miner im getting only 10 kh/s .. anyone knows what should i do?

Im getting about 350 kh/s per 7970 x3 with these settings. I tried 1100/1500 and my hash rate was lower so try thisheres my conf file
