Latoken is a shitty exchange that fakes volume to lure investors by publishing fake sales, to get people on different rounds sales. Don't aim for IEO if you are new, you can be rekt. Invest in existing and good projects and if you can buy Binance IEO during sales that is good and if you couldn't please don't chase pump.
Agree Latoken and p2pb2b also fake volume exchange even a good project never choice IEO for fake exchange. Particularly a project interesting for getting successful token sales with larger investors people so no have smart investors in fake exchange.
