link to stake's forum but I doubt you'll get help there since their support don't always browse the forum so your best way to get their attention is through email. The only recent thread i've found in their forum regarding the withdrawal issue is
this one. His case is nowhere close to yours but maybe you could try messaging their support email.
Stake is known for their inconsistent support situation, I think they might have outsourced it because it definitely feels like stake is not employing people themselves to help the gamblers, it feels a lot like they probably outsourced that part to some other company, gave them a class on how to respond to what on the most common things and just let it be.
Sometimes you get the greatest support you could potentially imagine, you do not realize it because you face a problem, you contact the support and they just take care of it in a second with superb professionalism that you are like "well I got what I want and they did what they suppose to do so there is nothing special about it" when in fact finding support like that is rare these days. However sometimes it is like someone totally clueless and you do not even get a proper response, it feels horrible. Incredibly inconsistent, you do not know what you are going to get.
