Secondly, where are you getting your fee information from? Or was your 114 a typo and you mean 14? Because 114 is WAAAYYYYYYYY too much...

Currently, anything north of 20-25 sats/byte is likely to be 1 or 2 blocks...

If you want "simple" and don't want to put any effort into figuring out what to use... try this one: https://btc.com/stats/unconfirmed-tx It's much much better than the earn.com one.

Good point, IMO https://bitcoinfees.earn.com/ should only be used in scenario where "I want my transaction 100% confirmed when next block mined and i don't care wasting my Bitcoin on fee"
