Why trade on unknown exchange and why leave your coins to exchange you just broke two rules on keeping your coin safe and now you are paying it with your negligence, I never read of that exchange, it's a low rated exchange and you must not store your coins here, better create a formal scam report on the scam section so people will know and become aware.
Mate I always use binance and kucoin and those are my favorite exchange. But for airdrop I have to use that as tokens were listed there and it had slightly more buyer than others. My main mistake was believing a bit. I transferred my tokens here a week ago and exchanged there, keep here my ETH for a week and that's the mistake was from me.
I have learned from this is always withdraw my assets after exchange.
