They are refusing to cooperate, neogicate & take responsibility for what happened. They failed to provide proof of how the provider calculated the compensation that i returned back to them because it was a complete bs lie. The provider never provider never finished the investigation yet but the casino decided to lie about the outcome to brush this case away for $100. Please take this as a warning: This casino has no compensation fund and is broke beyond belief. This casino will take months to resolve any case. This casino will lie and cheat you from your money when you least expect it. This casino has not provide honest gambling and will provide games that are rigged with house edge via removing undo bets. If something goes wrong expect to get maximum (brush away compensated scam) free spins or 100$. This casino failed to establish a proper means of communication & was not willing to make this right during any time i experienced my issues. There are better casinos out there, this one i personally believe that they did nkt take my case seriously and this post will be damaging to their image in the long run.
