You have been active for a year on this forum and you still haven't heard about the Lightning Network? Just do yourself a favor and research it, it will answer all your concerns.
When we send a Bitcoin to another wallet, it takes a minimum of 10 minutes to complete the transaction. Moreover, if there would be more traffic on the network, it could take from hours to days for the transaction to get completed.
Ethereum has block time of 15 seconds, but it only means that its confirmations are much less secure that Bitcoin's, which is why services often accept bitcoins with only 1 confirmation, but for Ethereum they demand 12 (3 minutes). Also, talking about hours and days - it only happens when there's a big surge of transactions and you pay a low fee - no crypto is immune from that, it happened with Ethereum multiple times.
