it's just outdated and cannot keep up - and never will.
I like MOST crime because MOST laws are evil, happy? ;-)
The law is created by oppressors for the purpose of oppression. Exclusively and always. Every once in a while the law does something for show, to act like it benefits somebody, so it chooses to agree with obvious things, like Rape and Murder, to give itself cover from all the evil it does. A token good thing to distract you from the millions of bad things.
