Provably false. LoyceV made it easy to see: if the words "Trust List" are green then the inclusion/exclusion is mutual, if blue - only one side includes/excludes, and if red - one side includes and the other excludes. There are some red and many blue ones if you look around. Your list of inclusions is almost completely green with one exception.
Also that's not the same as your trust farming proposition in the OP. You literally offered reciprocal trust lists and trust ratings regardless of anything else. That's dangerously irresponsible to say the least and not something a DT1 member should be doing.
