Here's a thought:
Since the Antibot (not the energy refill) pays a few cards for going through it, reducing the frequency of the Antibot it not an upgrade, but a penalty.
Upgrading the cards Blogger, Bots and Ddos Attack shouldn't reduce but increase the frequency of the Antibot.
Alternatively you could keep the reduced frequency for a mandantory Antibot, but give an optional choice to the users of doing the Antibot more frequently.

Yer, you are right, I've already thought about it. Already, even if you are Elite member, you can choose in your Settings to keep the antibot to 30 min (even if it should be hours depending on your Elite level).
Anyway, some players are happy to complete it and get some cards, some are not. I need to find the good way to give the choice and might perform some updates about it.
@irinaursskgb: Average delay is 10 days and it can be less depending on the currency, just be patient
