Newbie account with no reputation and official website/charity program asking for donation = SCAM. Better you be a volunteer on your local charity program than asking for donation here, no one will trust and believe what you said above if you don't have any proof. Helping people is not always about money, you can start from simple thing like sharing your food with other poor people.
Right mate people nowadays need proofs.Better give it directly to those who badly need it than those who are just taking advantage on the situations.
