If what you mean is that the telegram group is already available for Indonesian members and you can see it on page 1, it's pretty crowded for the members, I see there are almost 1.4k. It seems like the Hydax hype in Indonesia is starting to rise. Try asking their group telegram to find out whether it supports to withdraw to a local bank.
