Why wouldn't you hold the equivalent of a big house in the city (in my country) in a more secure way?
Well, I expect that he is knowledgeable enough to hold that huge amount but in an online wallet?? Quite awkward but.. maybe he can buy an hardware wallet for his funds to be safer. I don't expect that he will not fall into this kind of common schemes of scammers Why wouldn't you hold the equivalent of a big house in the city (in my country) in a more secure way?

I suggest that you will keep some of your Bitcoins in a hardware wallet for more safer 
.Anyway, don't feel any regret because the expectation of most of the investors regarding the price of Bitcoin is it will go higher than 10k in the mid to long term so just be patient and hold all of your Bitcoins
. Your target will be reach in the future for sure. For me it will hit again the 10k but I don't know when it will happen.
