Actually there was a topic talking about this already: So it looks like Cobra is planning on passing on the Bitcoin.org domain by arbiter5 in another section but it didn't gather much attention.

Anyway, there was an annoucement of theymos about the ownership separation between bitcointalk.org and bitcoin.org. Cobra now owns bitcoin.org and it's legal if he wants to sell it. Domain name update.
