You referring to the original file in the first post?
I just downloaded the file from that man, scanned on virustotal, got a link. Then I took original file from 1st post, scanned and obtained the same link with same list of viruses
Yeah I just take tons of caution when it comes from someone else outside of the dev updating the original post.
