I often read the news on Cointelegraph, AMBCrypto and The Block,. My friend and I made my own aggregator https://coinjoy.io/news . This is essentially a user friendly analogue of CryptoPanic    There is a tab with news sources. This is not a complete list, but maybe you will find something interesting for yourself
