We like BTC and ETH as well but some of our customers want to secure their deposited amounts & balances from the volatile price changes that they can have.
Therefor we have introduced Tether, to allow for a more stable currency - so that you don't have to worry about the price changes other cryptocurrencies are known for.

However, I don't use it or exchange my altcoins in TETHER. Because I am pro for btc or eth since I love volatile coins. They fluctuate rapidly specially if there is a news that triggers their price.
