The NXT fork for the marketing plan, will change to the Ethereum code base (Fork of Energi) with a slight modification. before migrating to the ethereum code base, the masternode will not be active but the user can forge with a minimum of 1000 NCL.

Thus, for every block, allocations are: 2.28 to the Stakers, 2.28 to the Backbone, 9.14 to the Treasury, and 9.14 to Masternodes.

Since Treasury allocations are paid in two week cycles, they are made in lump sums of 184,262.4 Nuclear every 14 days.
