Yes we are currently in talks with several exchanges and do very much plan being listed on exchanges before the end of the sale.
At the moment, as stated in the bounty section. You currently do not need KYC to have to tokens in your website account within our software but to withdraw them into a wallet will require KYC.
This possibility might be changed we need to clarify the legality of this.
