They've added the exchange to CMC recently (though the listing page does not show all info yet) and going to add the token too. Also, the project targets users who are new to crypto so it's important that they are on social media.

Despite the delays in development and lack of marketing in the past they have done much more than a lot of projects that I know. So I really think that a lot of scam complaints are not reasonable.
It is not a scam, but this project has been running for a long time, but I don't see the development of this project, because previously they seemed like a waste of time and finally many were disappointed with the exscudo team. Maybe if at that time there was an exscudo list on other exchanges at least there was hope to get profits, as far as I know they got a large amount of funds when launching ICO.
