If I understand you correctly, you received a transaction and spent the fund while the the transaction you received is still unconfirmed.
As long as the first transaction is unconfirmed, your transaction won't be confirmed. Note that the network is now very busy.
When you receive a transaction that is unconfirmed and you wish to spend them and you want your transaction to be confirmed fast, you must pay a very high fee, so miners include both of transactions in a block. This is called child pay for parent. But since you have already made your transaction, you can no longer do this.
