I see no one is talking now about the new news that has come out. Like legal opinion.
BHF will still be a token, but a utility. This way the BHF will meet all the requirements of FINMA.
I'll leave you the link.

But of course I suppose that the legal document according to Crypto-info will be a gross manipulation of photoshop.
And the lawyer, I suppose, will try to defame him as he has always done with everything.
I leave you his linkedin

This is too easy.
You guys need to make up your minds, is it going to be sold in Switzerland or not? You keep changing your minds. And it doesn't matter if you call it a utility coin, the FINMA has a current warning issued against Blue Hill Mining.

That is a screenshot from Blue Hill Mining light paper, the most up-to-date.
"
The Company has not been approved by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA)...Consequently, the Ordinary Shares may not be distributed in or from Switzerland...and will not be listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange (SIX) or on any other stock exchange or regulated trading facility in Switzerland"
We also know this is true because the
FINMA still have a warning issued against Blue Hill Mining. What this means Powermine is that the FINMA are warning anyone under their jurisdiction (i.e. Switzerland) not to invest with Blue Hill Mining because it is not authorised to do so.
When the FINMA remove the warning, that is the only time you, Powermine could consider raising funds in this manner legally. But until the FINMA remove the warning it doesn't matter what you say, it
illegal there.
The warning remains in place - do not invest, unauthorised! Investors funds are not protected! The Blue Hill Mining light paper also says people in "...
Excluded Jurisdictions: The Placement is not being made, directly or indirectly, in or into the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, or South Africa or their respective territories or possessions..." cannot participate in this either.
With response to: "
Plus this guy has a PhD, I mean, in case you think you're just defaming him"...well as long as you don't claim false things Powermine and you will have nothing to worry about.
