My account on crex 24 has been frozen for two weeks without any previous advice by mail or sms for kyc/aml reason.
i ve sent all docs they required (a lot od docs like utility bill, statement of account and others) but my account is still blocked and their help desk renew each time new fake request concerning documents. I think that my money deposited there is lost. Pls avoid absolutely this exchange
