RBF was rolled into Bitcoin Core in v0.12... which was
released in February 2016.
That's a full 2 years BEFORE v0.16 (
Feb 2018).
The thing is that RBF was, and still is,
Opt-In. You have to specify that you want your transaction to be RBF:

Drop the RBF question. About Bitcoin core meant that there was enough to remove locally created trisakti, then create a new one with the new, larger Commission, that is, double-spending, and it is well conducted, and that the earlier discarded nodes then there will be a new one. I meant has the logic of the node changed now or has it remained the same in this plan
