These two rules sound like specific to above talked threads on features and NOT GENERAL for entire forum.

I am sorry if I sound like rude. (last time I suggested about editing your new domain name in 2 part of your signature campaign but no one seemed answering me for finding out but you updated to new domain after I notified). I am not just writing all these for counting my posts but to get some appreciations for my time and efforts. All the above things are my difficulties when I look for joining your forum. So, notifying them will help me and others when you provide more clarifications.
