If you know the power of our habits and want to share or discuss about new methods for building better habits post it here

I actually stumbled upon an article which mentions committing to a personal goal for 21 straight days. After three weeks, that goal should become a habit. And once you've established that habit, you continue to do it for another 90 days. Let's see if it works!
