I don’t believe Musk only holds 0.25BTC, there’s no way he has that small a stash. If he still has any then it will be a lot more than that, he’s a very clever guy, he knew what he was doing tweeting about bitcoin 
It would be true as well, who know if he sold his all bitcoin on the past bull run when price was $20K? I have doubts he is trying to accumulate more that's why trying to pull back since peoples know him as a big bitcoin whale. Or he is no more interested on bitcoin since he have made huge profits from it. He is one of world richest guy, so likely he will move some other way. Who know if he is wondering to established his own crypto-currency on the Mars
