It's pretty simple, before making any post. First send a mail to support@crypto.games telling them which forum your are going to post in and also include the link of your profile in that forum.

Each forum means each different community like cryptotalk, altcoinstalk etc, not different sections or boards of one forum. Thats why you are told to first msil them before you are approved.
