What is Escrow Invoice and how it works?

Bitcoin Escrow is a financial arrangement between two parties, where a third party ( ExoCrow ) mediates & control the transaction with secure hands. Initially the buyer and seller need to agree about the goods or service delivery time and conditions. And the transactions will be held only after checking whether the requirements are meet each other.

If the requirements are met then the receiver for the goods or services need to release the funds to the seller and the invoice is closed at that moment.

If the receiver haven’t received his goods or they are damaged or the service is not completed or there any other issues then the invoice can be canceled and ExoCrow team will contact both parties to negotiate about the outcome and find the solution.
