I had a lot of stuck eth transactions with etherdelta and forkdelta. Mainly because of setting fees at minimum possible. Usually, it takes few hours to get dropped, sometimes it got confirmed. But i didn't try to send pending eth. Something like cpfp with bitcoin, but i don't think it works.
