Can you help me please ?

It has been two whole days that I can’t withdraw from Freebitco.in
My User ID is 229032. I receive the confirmation e-mail way too late (several hours) after payment request, so the request always ends up expired.

It is not an issue on my mail box, as I tried to receive other e-mails and they all arrive almost instantly.
I tried to reach through the website form this morning, but there is still no answer...
