Oh WOW,
It would be maintained as long as it's possible to, you can see the situation of the balance left at any given moment!
Also the support-fund value would NOT be market value,If you do hard-calculations you can see the value offered is insanely low unless everyone leaves the coin and no-one mines it anymore,but  that's the beauty of it People would know that it can't drop past some-point because of Huge support-level,that was the main purpose of this Idea!

IF,This pre-launch goes wrong and there are only few people who has supported the ipo ,the whole 10% premine thing would be rewamped because no way we would be giving out 10% of all coins to only few people who could Crash all market who got it for nothing- as you already suggested, No way to maintain this idea if that would be the case!
For this to work We Need LARGE support level, if we are not able to achieve that and in process creating huge Buy-walls it would be pointless and would still be launched but without the 10% premine and promise to guarantee minimum value with our buy-walls!
This IPO was not made to ''ask'' for money for Developing it/marketing it like other ipo scams do,but solely for the support fund ,we got all other stuff covered by our own resources.
