Your email problem is being caused because you unsubscribed from us in your Gmail account by clicking this:

The problem is the delay of reception. I receive the confirmation link for withdrawal, sometimes half a day after request.
To follow your instructions, even if I never unsubscribed, I did it then re-subscribed immediately after. I tried another withdrawal request and it failed (no e-mail received).
