You could try the finding your countrymen on the forum itself and post about the exchange and make a deal face to face. ETH to BTC shouldnt be as hard as fiat to BTC. There are good escrows on BTCtalk who have been serving for over 6-7 years with impeccable feedbacks. You could try them out, if the face to face doesnt work out. Its best to split the transactions into portions. It could be tedious but for safety reasons, its a better way to trade. Good luck with that OP and do let us know how it goes.
