EDIT: It seems the issue has magically been fixed.
I just tried to enable 2FA and received the e-mail within seconds.
I didn’t change any mailing parameters though (no subscribe/unsubscribe click)

Although this is not the problem that I experienced, but how this happened. I never thought that unsubscribing news emails from one site might affect other emails from that site. The unsubscribed news email just simply did not recieve news from a platform, other important emails should still work normally. In this case, I think he unsubscribed with Gmail, right? Unsubscribing from Gmail may result in blocking all coming email from one platform

If he unsubscribes with the link in Email, I think it won't have any problems Most email providers including Gmail offer their own subscribe/unsubscribe feature for mass mailings which is separate from the websites own subscribe/unsubscribe system. If you use the profile page on our site you can choose which types of email you want but if you use Gmail's system you will be telling Gmail to block everything from us.
