I want to know about any wallet for windows where security is the first priority and breaking in through Internet should be difficult. Paper wallets can be good for it or hardware wallet?
I would recommend to just use hardware wallet instead if you don't want a tedious and risky set-up of a cold storage. Just like what @pooya87 hace said, using paper wallet requires you to have a technical knowledge regarding air-gapped system and finding a
cryptographically secure pseudorandom number generator (CSPRNG) to create private keys!
