You did not try to read the reply above of your post. This was a bug and has been solved already.It is same bug. All cases were solved by support but bug is still there.
Chipmixer is very reputed and they would not scam I think. Even if they would think of scamming, it would more than a few thousands of BTC 
Yeah, I agree they have the highest paying signature campaign here, it's impossible to scam with just a small amount of coins if the issue has been resolve OP should close this thread or update the title to resolve, it's injustice for Chipmixer business to have an accusation like this.
