Allow me to ask you a question, why you didn't used forum escrow services since seller was encouraged to do so?
Since I am new here and have done quite a few deals here I will suggest to deal via escrow (if you do not accept it do not contact with me)
I am expecting appropriate answer from you. The chat screenshots of telegram could simply edit. Do you have any chat history on the forum? If so then likely we would verify it via moderators by reporting. Otherwise it's quite complicated to tag him for scam reason.
Anyway selling and buying pre-verified account isn't legal action. If verified with your own I'd then fine, but you are encouraged to buy an account which was verified with someone else government issued cards. So I am leaving negative trust for both of you.
