You can trade your btc to USD in Bittrex and you can send send that USD to a bank account in the Philippines, provided the receiver has a dollar account.

This is quite complicated, but if you are sending a big amount, you ca save with the conversion as an exchange uses a standard exchange rate.
I am not sure with the fee though from bittrex to a dollar bank account in the Philippines but I'm sure it's not that high.. I made a transaction before using my BPI dollar account.
