New wallet don't work here too and yes I deleted everything exept wallet.dat

The new wallet download only contains Zeitcoin-qt.exe. So you should only replace that file of your installation. Keep the .dll files like libeay32.dll. And you have to delete all the blockdata, except wallet.dat.
