Yes, my withdrawal is still missing since 5 days ago. Now BonusBitcoin is down again, been dodgy lately. same here unconfirmed transaction 7 days ago
if its an unconfirmed trransaction then that means they have sent it to the blockchain and you will get it eventually
i assume it is BTC?
if so, then the problem is because there is a massive backlog of transactions right now (and for the last 5 days)
there are currently over 50,000 transactions queued up, and more being added all the time!
