I've seen few projects that decieved investors into thinking that they will list on binance or okex and Kucoin without these exchanges confirmation, my advice is once a project claim they are going top exchange do not hesitate to go to the top exchange social media, if the listing is legit the exchange will atleast say something about it. A team that lies to their investors is something everyone would like to avoid, but sometimes you can't really tell when this is happening and by the time you realize what's happening, it's already late. That's why it's very important to take your time and read everything about a project before you start to put any effort into it.
Before you start you should check their white paper thoroughly, and check if there are any mistakes and whether it seems too good to be true. And what some people don't do is to ask questions about a project , they just look at it and if it seems good, they jump in. If you ask these scammers a serious question, they will either neglect you or even block you lol, and when they do that, it's a sign that it's a scam.
