https://support.blockchain.com/hc/en-us) or export the 12-word backup phrase to Electron Cash as suggested above. Once, you have recovered the funds, move your funds to a safer wallet preferably hardware wallets. Don't use webwallets like blockchain to store your funds as they are prone to hacks
If the address shown in your wallet is different from the address containing 0.13 BCH, it's likely that you are opening a wrong wallet.
Since OP has mentioned that he was able to access the connected Bitcoin wallet, I don't think that the OP is opening a wrong BCH wallet here.
