I believe it won't come to that because it's highly unnecessary as bitcoin is meant  to provide an escape from real world's financial crisis but with all the hack happening across crypto space here and there ever since it's inception, i can't really bet on bitcoin and the entire blockchain's security. If the bypass and freezing of certain coins and tokens can be done, i see no reason why bitcoin Network can't be hack
