I was finally contacted back by bitbook support email (let's be real, they were probably swamped).
They informed me that it does indeed look like the coins were never sent, but they are double-checking, and informed me I will have my coins in 24 hours!
Very relieved, I will post back when I get the coins!

I would be sweating 15 bitcoins also man... But i did I message you telling you that, they would take care of you
. I'm sure the recent downtime was hard on everyone not just us gamblers, and it my take a day or 2 more for everything to get back to speed, stay calm guys "the most trusted sportsbook" has never stole anyone's money
