Nowadays, most of the fake/fishy projects are doing a common mistake is plagiarised whitepaper because they don't want to invest any money instead of stealing money. So my suggestion will first research before finalizing the deal. You can also ask some scam buster of this forum about the project. Maybe you will be helped by them.
