Program? Sure it is, a ponzi program where you get money from those below you. The more people you suck into this, the more you make for those above you, the only ones that will make 17 ETH in 50 days. Rest will just get scammed. and without nothing, as always in similar schemes.


From what I know, in order to get ETH you either mine it, or buy some and then trade in order to increase the amount. Whether you include smart contract into this it doesn't matter, scam is a scam no matter how you masked it.
