If your thread is self-moderated and you are wanting to enforce certain rules as to who can post in your thread, there is really no reason to have a moderator delete offending posts for you. You can remove these posts yourself.
If you have a list of people you don't want posting in your thread, you can use a
bot to automatically remove posts by anyone you don't want posting in your thread.
