You do have to create an account & you can withdraw from 10,000 satoshi and the main reason we have that at this moment (we will lower when we grow) is because we aren't trying to get people to claim once and never look at us again. We are trying to actually create a community around the faucet and an active userbase.

I understand that faucet owners want to protect themselves from bots by not allowing instant payment (microwallet) and it makes sense. But do you think that it is fair for someone to click for months to reach the withdrawal threshold you set? If I collected all the amounts I had on all such faucets over the years, which I never received - that amount would surely exceed 0.5 BTC.
By the way, why are you duplicating your request with quote from 16 April, when you ask same question on May 19?
