Its too dangerous that you are asking for id card that you can also use to scam people if that was your first plan to create this thread. You can use that I'd card sended to you to prove that you are legitimate providing with id's that not your own , you can also use it in other scam in the future .
You should have asked the question what we intend to do with the idcard and why must they buy 1000qnc? we asked for idcards/passport to track down leaders because they will have access to that countries funds among others vital information so as a precaution that is why we collect phone number and merge it with idcard/passport. Noted all KYC include you taking a picture holding them we didnt ask for that. This conditions will change after establishing an office in that countries.
